Professor Jackson is available to consult by telephone for free to any attorneys seeking consultation. Consultation, however, is generally limited to the initial telephone conference pertaining to a potential case. After that, attorneys can consider associating Professor Jackson either as a consultant, expert witness, or as a litigator on mutually acceptable terms.

We will then consider whether we would like to be involved in the representation of your claim, case or class action.
Time is critical. Please be advised that many cases have limitations on the time in which you may bring an action (called a statute of limitations). Those statutes vary from state to state and must be kept met in order to pursue litigation. Should you wish to submit your claim, case or class action for review please use the forms provided. There is no charge for this initial review. If the case is accepted, then the attorney's fees will generally be paid out of the proceeds and sometimes must be approved by the court. Court costs will be advanced by the attorneys involved.
